Genetics Matter
Breeding is about more than just having cockapoo puppies. It's about improving the offspring with each generation. Our cockapoo parents have been genetically tested for health, color, and coat traits. Through this testing, we can look deep inside the genetic makeup of our dogs to ensure they are healthy and select the best mate to compliment their genetics. This results in cockapoo puppies that are happy, healthy, and beautiful!
All About Cockapoos
A Cockapoo is a cross between a Cocker Spaniel and a Poodle - their puppies would be referred to as F1 or first generation puppies. Margo and Millie are F2, or second generation Cockapoos, which means both their parents were Cockapoos. Their puppies are either F2 or F3 (depending on daddy). They can also be referred to as multigen Cockapoos. Each generation produces more and more consistency to the true look and temperament of the Cockapoo breed.
